Meet Your Coach

Patricia Anglin

Patti Anglin is a distinguished Author, Facilitator, and Certified Life Coach with credentials from the Gestalt International Study Center and The International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified facilitator for the globally recognized Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) program, developed by the prestigious Benson-Henry Institute at Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA.

In her book, “Power Within Her,” Patti laid out her framework for women to unlock their full potential and embrace their true essence. The book fully embraces her mission of empowering women to cultivate unshakeable confidence, embrace their authentic selves, and lead lives aligned with their true desires. She helps women unearth their inner resilience, conquer obstacles and emerge stronger and more self-assured. Having navigated life's challenges with resilience and grace, Patti understands the importance of support and guidance on the path to self-discovery. Her coaching style is characterized by intimacy, empathy, and a foundation of acceptance, support, encouragement, and accountability. Drawing from her own experiences, she walks alongside women who struggle with self-doubt, loneliness, and a lack of direction, offering them a guiding light towards empowerment and fulfillment. Patti is driven to ensure no woman feels isolated on her journey.
